Worst experience of my entire adult life. We travel all over the country for work. Have stayed in hundreds of hotels. This was the worst experience ever even compared to dumpy hotels. We prepaid for a 1:00 late check out, and confirmed it upon check in. They beat on the door before 10 am. Told them we had a late check out. Yet they beat on the door two more times. Went outside to put stuff in the vehicle. Tried to get back in the room and it was turned off. Went to the desk to complain. Told them what happened. They gave us a new card. Went back to our room and the staff just opened the door and walked in. Did not knock or announce themselves. And had we been dressing it would have turned very bad for them. Our privacy was violated. We spoke with the manager who only listened and didn’t seem to be too concerned. I would not recommend this to anyone. I will inform my entire family and everyone at their workplaces the horrible and rude experience. They offered nothing to make it right. I can’t believe a casino of that size would have a hotel with such disregard for paying and gambling patrons.

Rooms were pretty good, we did appreciate the service. FREE valet parking, very nice, we don't Gamble, but we enjoyed the hotel, people, the service with a smile was nice as well. Would have been 5 Stars but there wasn't a microwave in the room. We like trying local foods and warming them up later on, we had to take the elevator to the 1st floor to warm up our food, not bad but somewhat inconvenient in a nice hotel.

I am usually satisfied with this casino but this visit, not so much!
I made a sports that they said they could not payout because their system was down. I waited all morning and they said their system was still down. I am from out of town which means I have to drive 2 hours to get my money. Interesting that I had a small sports bet also and they said they could pay that one out
They have a weird system where they take your personal info as well as ssn on wins of couple hundred and over wins. Not happy to have to drive back there. Beware of sports betting there.

Along with the other reviews, this hotel and casino is a little dated, but it being dated in no way affected our stay or experience. I’m seeing a lot of reviews saying the lobby and non smoking rooms reaked of smoke, but as a non smoker I didn’t think they did at all. The rooms could absolutely use an upgrade and probably a deep clean (dirty doors, dusty hair dryer, etc) but I’ve stayed in much much worse and dirtier unfortunately. Our linens were clean and smelled clean so that was a plus. Of course the casino smells like smoke, and that’s one thing i absolutely hate about Indiana casinos.
We enjoyed our meal at the Final Cut steak house, as did everyone we were with and our waitress was great! We all absolutely loved the Boogie Nights dance club and spent a good majority of the end of our night there. I am not a gambler so while the men gambled, us ladies danced and drank the night away. The area itself felt safe and clean, and we loved going to the small downtown, which is a 2-3 blocks walk away. It was super cute and nice to do something else during the day. I knew this was not a 4 star hotel or casino before going, but we honestly enjoyed our stay and time there for a small weekend getaway with friends. I would absolutely go back.

Had fun gambling,steakhouse was good,Beers were cold .But Room was dirty ,Hair in the tub ,Big toenail clipping on floor (Floor was not swept) Blood stain on the comforter and random hair on the bed and pillows.Shower was so nasty I wouldn’t even shower.There were Drunks screaming and fighting all night until about 5 am slamming into walls beating on walls you name it .Need to hire security to do patrols to monitor this …I Was ready to leave we were sick and tired of it all at 2am but was too nervous to try and leave due to what was going on in hallway!

Hire more cleaners ,hire more security and this place would be awesome . Only reason this is a 2 star is because the steakhouse was great and the casino was fun.Hotel is a 1 star

We had a smoking room because that’s all that was left. The hallway on 4th level reeked of smoke but the room didn’t smell. The only concern I have is the food options. I must be gluten free and not many choices. It would have been nice if the sports bar would have offered making wings in fresh oil. The wings are gluten free but the oil has cross-contamination.

The property is nice and very well maintained. Rooms are comfortable. Staff at check-in (Mickee?) and check-out were great!!

There is a small parking lot directly in front of hotel check-in and never more than half full. It was maybe a 20 second walk from my truck to the front desk fir check-in. This is amazing for a casino hotel! It would have been at least a five minute walk from either of the parking garages to the check-in desk.

It is a couple minutes walk from the hotel elevators to the casino.

The casino is nice. Great staff! But no free drinks for folks playing machines!

I ate at The Eatery. Nachos an chili were pretty good as was the staff.

BL, the stay was great and I will definitely stay here again!

Staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable, don't hesitate to ask any one for any kinda of help everyone is there to help and grest at it! Great place to meet new people, just close enough it's not for ever away but far enough with a stay over night or for the weekend, like a small vacation! Oh and forgot there games pay!! Often! Also Penn App and wallet/casino is great to have at your disposal. It's my Favorite place around!
