Same people win often, friends of workers i can tell since they joke and talk only really to those people, only place to smoke and i think that is what keeps them open, if they dont know or like you it is almost impossible to get any pull tabs as they walk around selling them, i have called for tabs many times and the worker looks right at me and walks away, i have complained about this and seems nothing changes. Yes i go only because i can smoke. Just feel staff is Very very unprofessional.

I have been pressed to buy pull tabs once. You can bet i'll be paying attention to the seniors in the room going forward.

Callers and other employees commicating to each other via cell-phones while an active session is in play. I have also witnessed what I will refer to pre buying pull tabs for certain players if these certain players do not arrive on time the workers will pre-buy the pull tabs for and set them aside until these certain players arrive then they would distribute these prepaid pull tabs to these players. I have also witnessed on more than several occasions the caller and floor-workers calling out wrong serial numbers after the certain players call a win on a pull tab game I believe the bingo hall itself has a group of house players that are placed by the house in the facility to win the employees there are using pressure tactics persuasion tricks and manipulation of elderly players to pressure or manipulate them into making a purchase the management team are all related and employees are allowed to plan on their off days in which they always win I have also noticed the employees when being asked to sell cards have blatantly walk off I believe the facility and its employees are manipulating the outcome of the bingo games and pull tabs once a win is called on a pull-tab they are to show the winning serial number and winning pull tab clearly in the monitor or shown to another random player in the hall they have failed at doing so I have also witnessed ridicule and open verbal insults on elderly mentally ill players making fun and encouraging other players to laugh as well this is very unprofessional not only is it un- professional it is sad that they are treating elderly people in that manner workers having a strong smell of Marijuana smoke on their clothing and their behavior/actions are similar to that of an illegal substance abuser I believe they need to be investigated on the conduct of their facility manipulating the games there are consequences of dishonest unprofessional gaming at their charitable facility in Waco Texas in a supposed game of luck and chance I have witnessed the same certain players winning over and over not just for a week or two but for months on end while on the other hand there are people who play 6 - 7 times per week and never win the lack of professionalism is evident as employees bad mouth and insult elderly players management has failed to sincerely acknowledge the disappointment anger and frustration of formal complaints made by players illiegal use of charitable funds and self-dealing transactions and house players who win 90% or more of the games

Crew not very friendly. They sake Tabs .but hard to get unless employees know you..they don't walk down rows so every one has chance to buy.
