I love shopping in this store! It is always so clean and very well stocked. I know when I am on a time crunch (like I was today), the broccoli salad, chicken, and water are right where I expect them, and they are stocked. I also love scan and go so, I never have to wait in line.

The Cafe here is TERRIBLE EVERY TIME we come! Drink stations and tables are ALWAYS filthy, something is ALWAYS broken, AND they’ll ALWAYS be out of something. They never have ice and at least one of the drinks will be out of order. Max employees working will be 2-3. Whoever runs the cafe needs to be re-trained or fired.

We've been prime members for years at many different Sam's locations. As far as the inside of the store, it's fine. It has the normal Sam's merchandise and if you use the scan n go you don't have to wait in line. The docking of stars is for the pickup. Prime membership was mainly bought for the free pickup. I've been a few times for pickup and half the time I wait 20+ minutes and the young men who deliver the groceries are the rudest, cockiest kids I've met. So, just go in and do scan n go.

Last 3 shopping trips, I've had issues between the checkout cashier and door people checking orders. Each time a certain item rung up twice and one item was not properly scanned, so total numbers of items in our cart correct but not the correct scanned items. Problem hence 3 different times when going through the exit checkers. Fine, 1st time I went back over and waited patiently till an associate showed to correctly sort out things. 2nd time, I complained as it wasn't my fault and waited once again to get an associate to sort things out. 3rd time I frustratedly said ain't my fault and didn't want to get it sorted so I proceeded to leave item with exit checker who tried grab me and cart forcefully. I then sternly said I left the at your feet and will gladly walk away without getting doubled scanned item as it wasn't my fault but in training associates to accurately scan items. From now on I'll be using the scan and go feature.

While waiting for tire installation (with NO waiting area for tire customers & a one-hour installation time), I used the ladies restroom. They were the dirtiest restrooms I've seen in any business. The restroom had a smell that was very bad, and the floors were stained with something dark and dinghy. Please provide a seated waiting area for auto servicing AND clean your restrooms for goodness sake!!!

Went to get a few groceries and got pretty much what we came for. Had lunch. They said we would have to wait 25 minutes for hot dogs.

We joined Sam's Club 2 years ago when we moved to Las Cruces. It has a good pharmacy, but the lines can be long for drop off and pick up. Love to grab a hot dog when we can and do a bit of people watching when we wrap up our weekly visit.

As a result of membership automatic renewal, Sam's charged my guest member the renewal fee. We went in person July 20th to rectify the situation. My guest member was refunded and my account charged which was fine. However, since my membership expired on July 17 I had to open a new account. As a result I lost 93 dollars os Sam's rewards. Fellow members beware os this underhanded tactic.
