It’s has to be the worst Casio I’ve ever been , never again. Played total $3200 on slots machines , high limit and outside the regular ones and played on tables poker. Couldn’t win anything, it’s like you are paying for ticket! You put the money and it’s gone right away. I stayed 4 hours and didn’t see anyone winning ! Everyone was complaining because no body won anything! I’ve never ever felt robbed like tonight! Was deciding to stay for the NEW YEAR EVE , but I left because the chance to break even at this casino ( forget about winning) is almost impossible! I play on the same games and machines in all 3 Detroit casinos and I know how it supposed to be even when it’s hard to win or when you have bad luck night, however what I experienced at this casino is unfortunately unbelievable how they set up the games and machines to make it zero chance for anyone to win !
This place is horrible and nasty.
In 20 years I’ve been to more than 50 casinos cross the country, this casino is the worst ever !
I’m giving you a very honest advice, DO NOT GO THERE TO PLAY, Because you’ll regret every single minute!
I’ll never go back there and I’ll tell everyone I know to not go there, because it’s not fun at all. Only quick nasty loss of money.

My husband and I came from Indiana to check out this casino. While we were inside, it snowed pretty well. We decided to stay and not chance the drive. At the hotel reception desk we asked about vacancy and price. We were told there were 2 rooms for $300 something, then the snotty receptionist told us there were other cheaper hotels close by and gave us some phone numbers. The price was a little steep. However, it wasn't unmanageable, and you should never be judged by your appearance. The rooms were clean and new, but so loud! You could hear everything from kids crying 5 doors down to the drunk people having a party in the hallway at 3 am. Housekeeping came around at 8 a.m., yelling "housekeeping" while beating on people's doors, and make sure you have your occupied light on! I have stayed at budget hotels and gotten better sleep. Overall, it was clean, modern, overpriced, casino is not anywhere near as big as it's made out to be, and LOUD.

The whole entire time we were there was so cool! I would even say it's a great place to bring the family! The casino has a kids quest (2yo- 12yo) which the kids loved! They can have snacks, food, drinks, there's places to play in there as well.

The room exceeded my expectations! Native American themed decor, cool accent lighting, comfortable bed. If they added a couple of feather pillows it would have been perfect (I don’t like foam pillows). I would definitely book a hotel pkg again based the room alone.

Fun day trip! We redeemed our Soaring Eagle Casino & Sports vouchers we were given at the Detroit Lions game. The employees at the access club counter were friendly and helpful welcoming us and issuing me my access badge. We didn't really know what we were doing since we don't gamble so we were pleasantly surprised when I accidentally activated the 'help' option on the machine, not realizing it was touch screen, and an extremely helpful staff member explained some machine features. We had fun clicking options and trying our luck! Lunch was great at Siniikaung restaurant. Ascend restaurant was closed but we got to walk into the super cool doors?

Stayed here for a concert with my teens. There’s a shuttle bus service between the buildings. The waterpark is amazing, the kids had fun. It’s not a big waterpark but it’s fun. The service at front desk was great. The rooms were clean but a dated. The jacuzzi did not work. The pullout couch was extremely uncomfortable. We had a do not disturb sign on the door so we can get extra sleep before our 5 hour drive home, the maid knocked on the door 3 times and even walked in. Overall I don’t think the price is well reflected , the hotel needs a makeover.
