Everything is nice I go there often. Food is good. Staff is always great. My experience with the new bar at the east end the first time was poor. The second time was awful. It creates an awkward feeling almost like they don’t want you there? The lounge directly across from the bar is too small, and confusing, considering they spent like a year designing something that is just a 70s retro look. It’s like they just googled a picture and decided on it. No thought to function or artistic design.

The casino is clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and visible. As far as the gambling goes, I feel like other casinos in West Michigan have better odds. Most times when we are here, you see very little winning and people hopping from machine to machine. Overall a nice place to visit from time to time.

Gun Lake was such a great parents night out. The staff is super friendly and the casino is so clean! We loved our toasted old fashioned. And bonus, we won!

A gentleman by the name of Will , he very kind and helpful. We walked in my first trip here in 6 years . Will was welcoming and helpful with my questions. I ran across Will at different spots in the casino he is friendly. I had a great experience, also I walked away with more than I came in with. Very fun night.

Sat down for some cash poker, and here’s my thoughts.
-there is no poker “room” just a cordoned off area with ropes.
-the chips are REALLY worn out and dirty
-the felts are rather worn out
-only once did drink service come around, and I never saw them again.

Dealers were nice, looks like it’s a great place to be if you want to play slots, but that’s not my cup of tea. Parking situation is also a bit weird. Need more signs like “entrance here”

Servers and bartenders will pad their tips by charging you full price during happy hour. Place should do an audit with secret shoppers. Other than that, it's a decent vibe.

That being said, I never win here and the roulette table has minimum $2 chips. This is the only casino I've ever been to in my life that does that. Prevents you from spreading your money around and is a clear advantage for the house.

Went here for the buffet and all I can say is wow what a waste of money and time. The food here is just mid at best and I mean all of it. Most definitely not worth $56 and be sure to tell them if you want the crab legs or not cuz they just going to charge you for them. But this is most definitely a bust on the all you can eat side of things. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS..
