I have used Jergens Ultra healing for at least 25 Years. Lately within the last year the lotion that I've purchased has had a sour smell it!!! I do know that some Ultra healing lotions were recalled for bacteria being in them!!! I had to have my child get back in the shower again after using that lotion that I had purchased!!! The 32oz is not cheap and neither is the other ounces for purchase!!! I have no idea what is in that lotion but I will be discontinuing after using for 25 years plus!!! I hope and pray that my family nor my health has not been affected by whatever is living or growing in your products!!!

I bought two expensive carbide bandsaw blades, and both welds failed within a couple of hours' use. Customer service doesn't answer the phone, and emails to their customer service address bounce. Thoroughly unacceptable experience.
