KLAR is 2nd to none. All around 5 star service along with impeccable knowledge and dedication. Great to work with with fair pricing. I had a troublesome slot machine which was no match for Alan and Barry. I really didn’t think it could be repaired. Thanks again!

Alan and Barry were the most knowledgeable gentlemen I have ever met. They went above and beyond to help get my slot machines repaired. Their work was impeccable and their prices are very reasonable. Even after I was back home, they were able to help with minor issues that came up with the machines. I would recommend them to anyone. 5 stars doesn't come close to my experience with them.

These guys rock. I did the troubleshooting and showed them a video of what my machine was doing. They provided me the part and it worked fantastically. Very easy to work with. Thanks, you guys have helped me with my mechanical slot machine and my Game King.

Big rip off. Prior to taking my Bally 5000 Plus, I called him and asked how much it would cost to fix and was told $320-$350 max if they fix everything including putting in a new power supply. I dropped off the slot machine, and was notified after a week that it was ready. Upon picking it up, I received a very unpleasant surprise of a bill of $480. When I stated I did not expect this much, Alan arrogantly responded that he also did not expect that. He fixed only the lock, coin acceptor, and main CPU board. Charging $480 for this, is way too high. Do not trust his word and be careful of giving him your business.
