It's an enjoyable atmosphere. The games are a little random and not very updated but a nice variety. Clean deli and bathrooms. Gift shop is expensive but does sell cigarettes cheap...

It's a okay casino with a great view and is located in a cute tourist town. I hardly ever win here and it is hardly ever packed. However, I have heard the bingo is fantastically fun to experience and known many to win. Two places to eat inside the casino and a small gift shop. Nice place to stop after traveling for a restroom break and getting a free soda or coffee. They also have a small bar area.

This was a great stay for a few days! Cost for 3 days $20 but they give you $20 in game play. Trinidad was a wonderful little coast town with great restaurants and art. We will definitely stop here again when we travel thru.

Staff was friendly, gave great directions. Someone was in one of the stalls but they had plenty more. Toilet seat wasn't padded but was clean and shiny. It served it's purpose well even flushing for me when I got up... everything went well and I really appreciated the Free coke on the way out!

Great place for bingo, and the slots are fun. Good variety of them. The table games, however, can be clicky with the girls working them. One can feel uncomfortable with them and make you feel not welcomed. Best place for your table game play would be at one of the other two casinos in the area.

The staff is wonderful, they pay attention to you from the moment you approach the door and make you feel at home. Also, the Sunset Restaurant is amazing and Brittani was a wonderful server! Monday night Prime Rib special is the best! The Birthday Cake Cannoli dessert was perfect! I will be back later this month!

I was a casino executive for many years as a Director of Player Development and Hotel Operations and other positions at two Southern California Native American casinos and I can tell you my experience at this casino was, by far, the worst experience ever.

There were TWO major exceptions. A tribal member bartender/cocktail server who was one of the best guest service-oriented employees I have encountered who knew how to treat people well. And the nice older woman who worked at the gift shop. The gift shop and the cool bar that sometimes has cool bands were they only places I spent any real money. Now onto the verbal beat-down cause the pen is mightier then the sword.

They allow smoking, need I say more? They do the usual casino manipulation of turning up the heater and air conditioning to make you hot. They allow smoking everywhere. The one cool thing they should have is a view of the ocean but the steakhouse is the only place with the view and it did not open until 5 or 6pm. The ignorant, old, fat, white security didn’t tell me the truth when I asked where the bar was and instead told me to “sit down and play a machine and we will send the server over to you.”

Oh, also, the older lady at the players club who said she had worked there for 12 years was cool. And her supervisor who had a baby yoda button and a scar on her face and red hair, she was cool too. All should leave immediately and be ashamed of themselves for working for such monsters.

Anyways, back to the slamming. They don’t have a hotel. The whole casino is one room. They have bingo but it was not open. But they didn’t even lock the last door so I could have gone in and stolen some stuff if I wasn’t honest.

They still have plastic barriers at the cashier, they don’t offer credit if a high roller wants to get high rolling, they seemed to have no high-end casino hosts for high-end people like me and their table games were all closed and their machines were tight and not user-friendly or modern games and their players club system never allowed me to play my free $10.

The gift shop had the tea I like and a nice set of earrings made by an actual tribal member because I support the tribe but not the casino. I bought the earrings and gave it to my nice hotel front desk person at my nice hotel two towns away.

Other than that, this place is just swell. ?

Can't believe they fired Benjee. All the employees should walk out after that I believe. Greatest guy ever to work his job. No way they will replace him. Greed is taking over at the top. Avoid this casino he was a employee for 13 years. There's no loyality here. Very disappointed in this casino. Doesn't make sense if anyone can?
