Great fun! Kathy was awesome! Clean and lots of machines to choose from. Snacks/small food items are available too. Any questions you have they are there for you. There is money to be won. Highly recommend! Will go back for sure.

I love this place very clean & well managed. The machines are new and In working order I love that you have some elbow room between the machine and/or person sitting next to you. Travis is the coolest guy ever making everyone feel so welcomed whether it be your 1st,10th or 100th time there the way he interacts with the customers is genuine and I actually win money here! Won my first major the other day and was pumped!

I cant give 5 stars enough. The place is always so nice and clean. The family that runs it is the most down to earth. They treat you like family there. The refreshments and snacks are always stocked with choices. My husband and i drive 35 minutes every night to come to this arcade just because of the fun we have. Especially the night crew! Travis is such a blast to add to winning money its always a joy to tip him extra well. Cant miss him the young kid in crocks and frizzy locks!

This place is super nice and fun.
Machines are well maintained.
I am retired and I like to go there when I’m visiting family in Fort Myers.
I like to go weekdays, daytime when Cathy is there.
She is a very sweet, friendly host.
Cathy is always smiling and going out of there way to make my experience there a very pleasant one.
I hardly recommend this place and their special host Cathy.

I really enjoy Vegas arcade. The place is clean and has many varieties of machines. Most of all Kathy is very attentive, friendly, customer service and is always busy doing something to help people. In the morning, many of the elderly need help. Kathy gets them pillows, food and beverages. They don't do anything on line so I'm also speaking for at least 11 of them. Great job Kathy!!! We are so happy to have you take care of us all the time.

What a little gem Vegas Experience is!!
The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful!
They offer free lunch and dinner along with free soda, coffee, etc. if you're playing.
Always clean and well taken care of inside as well as a very safe and convenient location.
The free bingo rounds and promo options they have daily add a great bonus to an already fun place.
Jeanie welcomed us our first time like she had known us for years and Mike has helped answer all our questions and been so friendly.
Definitely will be back many many times and recommend everybody go enjoy!!

As per your reply. I see the example your staff has. Like I said. We won and your staff had the ability to check the machine just like you did by pulling the recording. This is what your business does to hard working people. You take there money and then give them a lame excuse like the one you are giving me. That was the first time in that location. You have a silly system that does not work. It makes no sense and you don’t make any sense either. And the amount I don’t care for it’s the principle. I understand now how money hungry your business is, keep the money. Looks like you need it more than I.

Went to play here for the 1st time, the place is nice lots of machines. I watched the staff give their 2 friends money and tell them which machines to play. 2 majors dropped within 10 minutes and the 3 split the winnings, I approached the staff, told him what I witnessed he sad ok, it’s my money I’m giving them to play. After I told him that shows no honor nor integrity, I was told not to come back. I’ve reached out to management/owners to no reply.
