The OG Bird lunch counter is the best!!! The staff taking orders, the young folks cooking, and the gentleman who kept the dinning room spotless were all working with smiles on their faces. Miss Bird must be doing something right. The diner was pleasant, the food was on point, and the atmosphere was the best on the casino strip area. I would recommend stopping in for lunch even if you are gambling at another location you won’t be disappointed.

The wife and I won over $500 from only $40.. we “Casino Jumped” after staying 2 nights at the Gold Strike and winning a great amount of money. 1st Jackpot Casino reminds me of the old SHOWBOAT CASINO from my hometown Las Vegas, and if anybody remembers the showboat (I grew up 3 streets west of the casino in the 80’s & early 90’s) that place was very friendly and welcoming to all. Will definitely be back here in the near future.

The atmosphere is on point every time. They have the best DJ on Friday and Saturday night, everyone dancing and laughing. Winning on their slots machine is easier than at any other casinos. Come out and enjoy the entertainment.

Telisha B was great server. We liked the flaky pot pie and generous ham slices. Dessert was awful. Only strawberry cake other than 6-8 sugar free choices. I even asked if any other desserts were offered without artificial sugar and said no just the one cake. Weird to only offer 1 on a buffet. Friendly staff other than dessert personal made up for it.

Your casino is the WORST! Pays and bonuses are TERRIBLE! Food is HORRIBLE! Southland Casino is by FAR better than this place! Tunica casinos have just gone to CRAP! I threw away my Elite card and removed myself from your mailing list. Your offers don't even come close to comparing to Southland. They will continue to get my business as they reward me properly.

I feel that this location was better when it was Bally's. It used to be my favorite spot to come to but not so much anymore. A bulk of this review rating is based upon the restaurant. I usually like to grab something to eat when in Tunica before going home. For some reason their restaurant, OG, is always out of something for food items. It can range from condiments to literally outages of food on their menu, and mind you the menu does not have many options. My rating would be higher if there was not so much consistency with food outages. I have never eaten the buffet so no comment on it. Other than that the casino is Ok.

Review updated as of November 2024 due to some of the dealers lack professionalism is the reason of my review change from a 3 star that dealt with the food to now a 1 star to deal with the customer service and professionalism. For anyone that plays the crap tables, there are certain dealers who are rude and likes to insult customers. I will no longer come to this casino, and it's sad that even the pit boss could not control the dealer even when he said that he would call upper heads on him. Stick to the slots if you don't want to be harassed or insulted by rude dealers. There is a lack of professionalism, and some forget that they are still working in a place of business.

Im GIMPALICIOUS

Only went to the buffet, so this is towards it. The food was underwhelming, especially for the price. The staff were very kind and friendly towards myself, but I'm disabled. The rest of my party not so much.

Workin Vacation

Fun experience except the young lady doing cash out tonight, pretty rude but I guess millennial generation doesn't have much respect for anyone it seems, other than her, nice vibes, good atmosphere and I had a nice time, a few wins, a few losses but all in all a decent casino. It is what it is. Will recommend
